Noise canceling ear buds

I have ringing in my ears and doctors showed a graph (after testing my hearing) that showed the range of sound that I’ll never be able to hear again. They said they have hearing aids that emit a noise that’ll cancel out the ringing in my ears…but they cost about $4,000 each. Told them for 8 grand, I’ll put up with it. Someone mentioned to me that I should check with the VA as their father was a vet and he got hearing aids for free. Never followed up on it but his father said they did work well and cancelled the ringing in his ears.
Same here, ringing in both ears. That’s what blocks out a lot of my hearing. Ceiling fans used too work neutralizing it but that’s gone away also.
Too cheap for $8k hearing aids and I get by with asking people too repeat what they say until they say screw it and move on

I still get ringing in my ears sometime wether wearing the hearing aides or not. Sometime happens in left ear sometime in right ears. Ordered new hearing aides costs me 5 grand. Was supposed to have ear molds filling in my ears done but the way the woman was looking into my ears, the look on her face like she shit herself kinda look….she was like uh you need to have both ears cleaned and said lots of wax…lol ok cool. Be back soon then.
