Honest to goodness - that happened to me in high school.....picked a girl up for a date and got invited in, and her dad (retired army sergeant <nickname "Sarge"> and policeman) and her brother who was bound for West Point were sitting in the living room cleaning guns....tried to give me the gruff....didn't have any affect on me though. But every time I hear that song I remember her.....

We raised 2 daughters in this house and they were only about 2 1/2 years in age apart.
Their friends over-lapped in high school between the 2 age groups adding somewhat to the "kid traffic" coming and going from my home.

Needless to say, over the years, there have been a few instances where some of the boys stopping by happeded to walk into the room or gaurage while I was cleaning a gun...:smiley_beard:

Happened to me the first serious girlfriend I had. Who knew it would lead to trouble between us because I'd go see her and hang out with her dad! He had two girls and when he found out I hunted, I was his buddy! He tuned my bows for me and even made me my first set of custom arrows. He was the first person to let me shoot a "high end" bow TOO. The first night I was there, he had all his guns laid out and I spent 2 hours in the bedroom talking guns and hunting, then deflowered his daughter when I was done!!! :smiley_crocodile:
