You dirty bastard…what are the chances that you post this on the day I’m doing the prep? Was on the shitter from 2:00 in the afternoon until I went to bed and again a couple times this morning. Just got back from the procedure…haven’t had anything to eat in 42 hours. Wife’s going to get take out. They removed 3 or 4 polyps and I have to call tomorrow to make a follow up. After that, I think I need to get it done again in 3-5 years. It is a necessary evil, as colon cancer is one of the few that can be taken care of if caught early. My friend was diagnosed with colon cancer at age 50 and has been getting checked every year since. They said if he had waited another year or two, it may have been too late. He’s got a clean bill of health now.

Keep a supply of Gatorade Frost to mix the prep with, and don't eat hot wings for lunch the day you start the prep! Trust me on this!
