Blahahahaha, maybe in a movie! You don't shoot a grizz in the head. That'll piss him off. Skulls on them are very thick and rounded.

This looks like a salmon bear. Plenty of food for him to have so no real danger here as long as you don't surprise him. Or some tourist gets fancy with his 45😂.

Steve is also right about the distance. From that kind of range, bear spray would be your best bet. But you better have it ready because that brute would be on you in less than a second. That fatass is fast as fugg boiy!

All I remember is the advice an old guide gave a young buck (not me) who decided to carry a 44 magnum for bear protection. The old guy said "Good choice. Just make sure you save the last round for yourself." I was 15 years old and I heard him say those words. They kinda stuck with me. ;)
