How about not having to worry about it because your neighbors are so far away?! 
Now you’re getting ridiculous George!!!! Your assumption this dudes free time is over 100 hours a day and 700 hours a week and twice on Saturday AND Sunday is enough time to do that kind of miracle?!?!?!The guy on the left may be too busy to mow every week because all of his free time is being used to try and teach Dustin how to catch fish.
I thought you were supposed to cut the whole thing while blowing all the grass on his side....
