4 hours. They got 12” in an hour. Our water runs off pretty fast in most places. In the big cities it builds up much quicker

Saw that, had a buddy who lived there back in the 80’s Worked oil fields as a driver. Got killed in an accident and left behind a wife and a few boys. Lost track but remember him every time I hear about that place….
