4 hours. They got 12” in an hour. Our water runs off pretty fast in most places. In the big cities it builds up much quicker

They've been getting it bad over there. Smacked by two hurricanes last year and now flooding.

Due to all the rain the tide brought the bayous up over the road in a couple places here today.
