Trump was talking about it just after it was announced and he kept saying this was a perfect reason for the NRA to move to Texas.

Because they enjoy the benefits of operating tax free there are strict rules for non-profits to follow. If you are operating a non-profit with lots of enemies, like the NRA, you better follow those rules to the letter
