Oak Openings lottery

I hit the lottery. I get opening day until Oct 14th. Not sure of the exact area yet, but my son and I will get qualified with the crossbow and work on getting him his first deer. It could be great for us or it could be slow. Stay tuned.

Congrats Mike!!! I also got picked this year. I got the fourth session which is from november 25 to december 16. My spot is area 13 wherever that is lol. There are a LOT of deer. They shot like 96 deer out there during the cull but you wouldn't know it by the numbers of deer i have been seeing around. I have seen more does this year with twins and triplets with them than in years past.

I hope not because then he won't be able to go with me. Those spots are one hunter only.
