Yeah they didn't say what she said to the driver which provoked him. I would imagine he had all he was going to take and enough is enough.

According to witness reports she refused to pay. Driver advised she would have to exit. She pays but won't go sit down. Driver advised she needed to move back behind the yellow line and she starts threatening him. She told him she was going to spit on him and she made good on that promise.

Looked to me like she put her hands on him, but that one guy was in the way so you can't see that part well. Might be when she spit on him, but that's the same as throwing a punch as far as I'm concerned.
