It's a Litschert Spot-shot scope. Unertls are a good bit more expensive.

15x. The scope was probably made in the 40's or 50's. The rifle is from the early seventies. Using a scope like this takes some getting used to. Eye relief and field of view are much different then modern scopes. Focus is also different, the objective slides back and forth to focus.
