You'll loose too many in the Maumee anyway.

roger that!!

I found out the hard way to bring plenty of heads, tails and sinkers. Multiples of each color. If you find the color they are hitting, you better have plenty of them.

Yea, you don't wanna fly fish during the walleye run, atleast not at any of the popular spots. As far as yesterday, it was terrible to fish. I'd rather fish in cold rain than wind. It was consistent 30-40 mph winds blowing right down the river. So tough to feel anything. I brought home 2 legals, and snagged 5 others that I got in. I lost quite a few headshakers that felt good. I should have taken a half day vacation this afternoon instead

As far as lures, I can supply a fair amount of lures for a handful of guys at a time. I have split shots if someone prefers to fish mono, and I have swivels and eggsinkers if you have braid

I emptied it. Had to leave work yesterday. I had a case of "Get to the river" before she floods the next few days. I never pulled a limit. 3 quick ones then spent about 3 hours trying to get another legal

Guys, I have fished with Ryan before. You couldn't ask for a more knowledgable guy to show you the ropes up there. He's fuggin fun to fish with to. Also, folks around there know his ugly mug so you won't get no outsider stink eye.

Haha. It does make it easier to squeeze into some of the honey holes. It's a different animal up there than just a few years ago. Twice as many people and the cumulative IQ didn't go up at all. I used to strictly fish the Wood County side, but have been forced to expand my range a bit

Yea, it'll be time to chase the Crappie's and saugeyes in the local resevoirs for about a week. It should however, bring the motherload of walleye into the maumee
