Opening day success!

'Twas us! He wasn't the one we went in for, but her eyes lit up when she saw him and the rest is history. At 3.5, he's her oldest and biggest to date, and he extends her streak to 6 straight seasons. I have some cool videos of him and he'll make a great euro. Her shot was perfect, which required a lot of patience, so I'm super proud of her for redeeming herself after the last one. We watched him fall less than 100 yards from the blind. Legal shooting light was 6:50 and he was dead by 7:45!

Now that the pressure is off big sis, she can babysit Kami while Kenna and I chase her first ever deer and since we left the big one out there, she has a chance to one-up big sis!
