Our hocking hills weekend

Congrats!

Also, good thinking for not having your wedding during November...don't want to screw up good deer hunting with anniversary obligations!
 
The last time I was there they turned a chicken loose in there. The snake ignored it for a long time and that chicken tried to stomp that snake to death! That went on for a while and eventually the crowd grew restless and it cleared out a little. Just as it looked like it could be a while, the chicken made a run at the snake again and it was on! Never seen a chicken get fucked up like that is such a short about of time!!! lmao
 
Thanks a lot guys! Jesse, I was in nelsonville 2 years ago and we made the drive out to bucks only to find that it was closed up for good. We went there damn near every Thursday night back in 2002-03 and buck would always ask me how in the hell I fit through the door LOL. I miss that place, man would we get hammered in there watching that snake fugg up rabbits and chickens!
 
A buddy and i had squirrel camp back in the big four 14 years in a row during september. We lost are ass playing shuffle board against the locals at bucks but had a awesome time!!!!! He went down on a deer hunt and told me it closed up and i almost shed a tear lol!!! Heard the carry out is gone now also. Love the hills and my wife and i spent our honey moon down there in a great cabin. Congrats to the OP!!!

Sumbitch i hate seeing it closed and i dont even drink anymore. The barmaid told us one year the water got so high that it made it to that top step!!! Before they changed the highway that road that the gate is on was the main road as you guys know but when we went down after the change we thought they moved the bar to the other side of the road lol!!! We went fron 1992 till 2007 and would camp back in the big 4 back by the oil pump for the first half of that time then we found a killer spot up on sand run road about half way between the cemetery and the fire tower. Told my buddy we got to get are asses back down there even if its for one night.
