That was last week. Son came up and we celebrated our birthdays. His is the 6th. Well the wife got home Thursday and they came Friday.

Just walked in the door back in the sip at 2:30 am. Been a long day. Looks like I've got a couple pages to catch up on but ill do that in the morning. For now, what a fantastic time fellas!

All that standing and walking showed up today. That is the most active I've been in months. Crazy how much better I felt as the days went on. I just hope to continue in the same direction.
