I wouldn't go that far, still learning. It definitely feels good to know all the practice paid off when the moment came, though.

I made a trip a few days ago up to the scene of this crime to check on the tree and hang a cell unit.

I was able to hang the camera in a spot that allowed it to watch both trails that intersect at that spot. If this continues to happen regularly, I might find myself back in that tree on opening day.

She's standing almost exactly where the doe was last year when I shot her.

It was such a weird trail because it was almost nothing while the deer ran hard, and that last little bit (after I spotted her laying dead), it was a freakin crime scene.
