One of my favorites for grind is chorizo. Like you said the options for pork is neverending. That's what makes it fun.
So my family (read 2 of the 3 kids) are not fond of mexican flavored/inspired dishes. So what do you use your chorizo for? I was planning on mixing it into my next queso dips for the couple of lbs I have left.

Same. Also use it in tacos and just in patties for sammiches. I've used it in all kinds of different uses in place of regular sausage. Just adds a different flavor to known recipes

I just brown it and mix eggs in. Makes a great warmup lunch too. Cover in cheese and/or salsa and enjoy.

It goes good in many other things also.


Great job gents. It is amazing how much better things are when you do them yourself.
