Processing Recomendations

I live near Toledo, but I will be hunting near Youngstown this year. I'm looking for recomendations for processing if I'm lucky enough to get a deer this year. I would prefer it be closer to the Toledo area, but I'm interested in hearing about anywhere between Toledo and Youngstown. Ideally looking for someone who does a good job with summer sausage and the like. Thanks in advance.

Tanks Meats in Elmore does the best summer sausage I've ever had. Not sure if they are taking deer again though, might be worth a call. There's plenty of other good places in the area if not.

We started making our own two years ago, worth the investment.

Lee Williams House of Meats has some good shit too! No idea if they process wild game.

Leonard VanPelt in between North Lima and Columbiana on Rte 164 just south of Youngstown.... Good, reliable and fairly fast....

Bellevue Meats, Bellevue, OH. We have used them for deer, beef, hogs for as long as I can remember. They offer summer sausage (reg & with cheese), smoked snack sticks, trail bologna, brats, etc.

Check them out on facebook. Easy to get to off Rt20, the turnpike or rt2

Try out Jack's IGA on howard road out by Bono. They do a awesome job on summer sausage plus everything is double wrapped. I have had them do a lot of my deer and every single time i have been happy the way they do it!!!

You can probably get a recommendation from any if the local gun shops in the area too
