How often in the past has ODNR changed their first set of proposed dates/seasons? I don't really pay that close attention some years, but I can't recall any changes to season and date proposals the last few years. My point is, I feel like ODNR is maybe trying to act like they are taking hunters interest into consideration, because they know they pissed us off over what they have done to our deer population.
