Pulled Pork Pineapple Boats

One thing I have a knack for is pulled pork.
Seen a thread on BBQ site that got the wheels rolling.
I guess you could call this "thinking outside the bun"

Had a small pork butt that went into the oven at 5 am, then the charcoal grill by noon.

The rest is pretty well explained in the pictures.
