F this cold weather... I had minus 8 this morning two towns Northwest of me had minus 16 degrees.. That's cold for Jersey.. Wonder if it will be safe to go ice fishing... :ROFLMAO:

My furnace acted up this morning and shut off... I have a above ground roth oil tank outside and I guess the supply line gelled... Did it just before Xmas on a night that was around 0 degrees... And I do add a bottle of additive every time I get oil... They say not to put 2 bottles in, but I'm going to... Also changing oil companies in case this ones oil is sub par...

No snow clearing equipment, no travel on ice. In the 40's today but below freezing at night. Black Ice was a big issue last nite this AM, should be some black ice tonight and then an all clear later tomorrow. Town folks and local paper having a snowman building contest... 8' snowmen... first one ever lol.

Interesting question. I can see spring. I can see snow too. Long range forecasts showing warmer temps and more precip than normal. Jet stream drops 50-100 miles either way and it could sway the rain or snow line a lot.
