Got a pretty good storm here last night. A good amount of rain the last couple days will be good for the winter rye we broadcasted on Saturday.
I wish you luck Dustin as at 1:00 AM it pour heavy and I had water gushing out of the ground 8-10" from my downspout drain.
To much sensationalism in these storms... I get it, it's probably a bad one but they hype the shit of it for ratings on the lesser storms, like the boy crying wolf....
Oh that I get, and I wasn't so much referring Too Irma as much as others that supposedly were like ones who fizzled out...
Like calling for snow storms..."could see 2' of snow next week" Everyone goes crazy about milk sandwiches.
Everyone is worried about having bread and milk...always seemed stupid to me. Wtf you gonna do, make milk sandwiches?!

Weather is looking pretty good for the opener. Hope it don't change. I'm excited to get in the woods and the cool weather will make it possible. Says northerly winds and lows in the mid 40's. Ill take it. Mid 60's for highs aint bad for early season. And the 16 degree temp drop should help some to. Good luck everyone.

My weather source is showing a 10* temp difference from Thursday moving into opening morning. Hope that stays true!
