Is it going to last? We haven't had a start to winter like this in my 40years of life......we used to have more snow in my youth but not early and January temps to go along with it.....I'm hoping it stays white from now until march.

You would think I would remember from year to year and take a lesser earlier, but NO! Wife wants some deer meat, "shoot a doe!" she says. I told her the next one I catch licking the salt off my SUV gets it! I hate long drags...

Y’all need a “normal” Ohio winter! Cold AF and all winter long….
You can tell who doesn't have to work in the dirt! Snow helps insulate the ground so I'll take some, but let's not get crazy with it.
I'd like a hard freeze to kill bugs, make ice, drive equipment/trucks in low spots to cut in woods. Enough snow to insulate/house critters including deer as it's easier on them as well in cold temps 4-8in on the ground all winter would be Lovely. It's fun to play in hunt in and so much better to look at. We have went years looking at brown slop depressing despair for months. Bare dark dirt for miles with no sun shine for sometimes a month straight is torture! Snow is just mood lifting. If it's going to be cold anyway might as well be pretty too and a little lighter even on cloudy days.....
I didn’t say snow, I just said cold AFMd1 and J are trying to kill me. I need some revenue in the winter. It is appreciated. I don't need Alaska or Montana kind of snow. Let's not get too crazy.
