Yes! A couple of years ago we had something similar at Christmas. Snow with a glassing of freezing rain/sleet followed by a light dusting of snow. The spiderweb patterns in the sheet of ice as the dogs ran across it was really neat to see.It's weird watching you 75# dogs walk on top of 5" of snow and only leave footprints like it was a skim of mud.
