I am learning that our younger generation doesn't know about boiling water in your house when it is this cold for this long. I woke up with a dry throat and the taste of blood. Being the first one up I decided to get some water going. Sliced up a couple oranges and sprinkled cinnamon in it so it even smells good. Winter funk with dogs in the house and teenage boys is a real thing.

10 out of 10 I do suggest this. I might add a couple drops of vinalla here in a bit.

We have a 1 gallon copper kettle from the early 1900's that belonged to Nancy's grandmother that sits on top of the wood stove and is always full whenever we are burning wood. It does keep the humidity up in the house a little. We have put cinnamon and vanilla in it occasionally.

-18 at 6:30. But my weather station sensor is 16’ in the air so it reads slightly warmer.

My wife has a full drawer full of scented oils she will put drops of in our kettle on the woodstove. I think I like lemon the any citrus smells the best. sprigs of rosemary went in sometimes. At first being on a cook stove I thought you were making fresh orange apple cider mimosas for breakfast, I'm disappointed.....

Carbliss are awesome drinks, my wife really likes them, can't get them down here. Got some on the way home from strouds, the guy looked at me funny when I bought 10 packs

For a guy that has basically lived off water, coffee and beer...the flavor currently has me hooked. Guilt free too.
