Just a dusting last night. May get to hunt after all.
I guess with some shit possibly happening down this way I should gas everything up and be ready. It keeps changing but it looks like we are gonna get a good hit of something. I'll take snow over ice.
That's all we got as well. Light enough that some melted from residual salt in the roads and parking lots. Light enough it blew to one side of the lot on other lots. Still a cause to wake up at 230am. I've still got 3-4hrs of work today before the snow comes tomorrow. Hunting odds are still slim. I'm okay with it. There are some MIA bucks I would shoot but not regulars. Unless they get bumped or follow a doe, I don't know that they end up on a property I can hunt them.
Be safe out there everyone. Sharpen the chainsaw chains. Make sure you have bar oil and gas. Let the generators run 20min or so. Be ready and hopefully you won't need them. If you are in the path of the ice, i feel for you. Ice storms are the worst.
