Kudos go out to Redfield. I have a 20x60x60 Spotting Scope that was broken. It was knocked over on the tripod. The plastic strap/ring that goes around the middle and attaches to the tripod mount was broken. Wrote Redfield and told them I knocked it over and it was my fault. They said it would not be a problem. Just fill out the form they sent in the email and they would fix it for free. Another good customer service for us Sportsmen.
