I cant stand uncle bens rice. It tastes like dirt to me. We only buy mahatma brand long grain white, basmati, jasmine and brown rice. We just follow the directions on the bag and cook it on the stove top.
You guy's do realize cooking rice is only 2 or 3 more steps than boiling water

Go to a Asian Grocery store and buy the cheapest rice cooker you can find. Dump it in with water, and wait.

Your right but, you have rice that’s a brick. You then have to cut you a lump out of some starchy shit. I guess you know I like boiled rice heehee. Sw la they use rice cookers not in se la we boil rice. Sw peeps eats rice everyday, they use them cause of laziness IMO.
