Just saw where Roger passed last night at the age of 79.His writings on bowhunting whitetails changed the way we all hunt. RIP Roger,Have a good hunt.

Yeah saw that as well, I liked his approach to hunting. Seemed like a stand up guy. They say what he died of? I remember him doing a video a couple weeks to a month ago and him saying he was under the weather.

His wife just passed in July.

Roger Rothaar was one of the most humble guys you'd meet in spite of his enormous success as a strictly traditional bow hunter. He was a real pioneer of modern trophy deer hunting. Made a damn fine broadhead, too. see you on the other side, brother.
