Ronda Rousey talks about her loss

Nice giles, real nice....smh

I was really surprised to hear her talk about thoughts of suicide after getting knocked down...whether she really did or not, she said it, and I'm sure there will be a lot more to come on concussion protocols and protecting athletes from themselves basically.

This girl is one of the most nasty shit talking people in the game. No sympathy from me. She is not a victim, she simply got a piece of what she's been doing to a lot of other people. I'm tired of this candy ass world we live in today! Maybe we should have given her a participation metal...

Narcissistic person that had her bubble busted. Didn't know how to deal with loss. I didn't "feel" for her anymore I would if a neighbor had a bad day.

What surprised me was the thoughts of suicide. I do think she got her bubble busted, but suicide? Over losing a match?

Winning was her life. I'm not surprised by thoughts of suicide. The loss hopefully grounded her.

She will find another outlet for her narcissistic ways. Maybe she will do SI Swimsuit Edition. Oh wait. . . She did.

have you all ever seen a fighter who was narcissistic? I think everyone is in some ways, especially when it comes to ones job. It sucks she thought of suicide but hopefully she can get her head right. I wouldn't wish those types of thoughts on anyone, I know to well what the actions can do to family, friends, etc.

Great points Al. At the top of your game, no matter the sport. . . There is often a narcissistic person. If not narcissistic, it takes a confidence bordering on arrogance to maintain an undefeated record for so long. She actually does sound like she was humbled then comes out and says she is still undefeated? That made me scratch my head.

yea she deff says shit to get hyped in the media. I am not a big fan but I think she does what she is told to get herself on the biggest fight platform that she can get on. IMO!

A lot of what she does, makes sense to do in the fighting world!
