RV Share?

Has anyone ever used RV Share to rent an RV? If so, thoughts on a newbie who may want to rent an RV for a long trip? Thanks!

No experience with these types of services, but if you go this route, make you do a thorough pre-trip inspection looking for roof leaks, seals, plumbing, awning holes, or other issues. You don't want to get blamed for something that was pre-existing.

It's a great way to test the waters of camping with an RV without the investment and also to avoid the wear and tear on your own unit depending on where you are planning to take it. I have never rented one but know lots of ppl that have for NASCAR races and National Tractor Pulls.

Not sure what kind of services are available down there in Ohio for that but my wife looked into it a few times here in Michigan and it was always way more expensive than any hotel room we would ever rent.

Our local RV place also rents them for fairs and stuff. People always seem to be repeat customers unless they choose to buy one.
