My wife has an I4 and I have the S4. It is clearly better for me in every way except the app availability. I haven't found one that I wanted that wasn't available but know the Apple has more.
Mine is faster, larger, better camera, not limited on memory, not limited to Apple tech, do not need to constantly update, and I may have to restart my S4 once a month. Other than that one restart mine is on constantly.
