Was finally feeling well enough to try out my Weston 11lb sausage stuffer i recieved for Christmas. Ended up doing 12 lbs Italian sausage today. Was honestly way easier than I imagined it would be. Ended up with 40 links. Have another 20 lbs sausage to make some breakfast sausage links and bratwurst tomorrow.

I started that this year and I love doing it! So much fun and a great way to enjoy venison!
