Apparently so. I saw the original post on Facebook and just now googled it. They are extremely rare but Pennsylvania does stock a few every year.

The Facebook post may be fake, I don’t know....I don’t trust snopes either...seems everyone of those fact finding sites squewer the facts to their agenda. It did get me curious though and I googled “blue rainbow trout”....and there actually are blue rainbow trout, although they are extremely rare, but like I said, the Facebook post may also be false.

There may be such a thing but for that one the guy admitted its fake. I don't trust them either for historical or political fact finding, snopes is notoriously slanted left.
