If the mass is decent, he'll be close. My buddy shot one very close to this that went 127 gross. Had bigger brows though. Nice 3.5yo...

Depending on symmetry, I think he'd net P&Y, but it'll be by the skin of his nuts. Good looking deer though and he appears to be "mature" at 3.5...

I dont think he will quite gross P&Y but he will be close. How serious are you about your goal of shooting a P&Y buck? I dont like to tell any one not to shoot a buck but if you are really serious about shooting a P&Y then you should pass, but if you want to shoot one that is close and he gets your heart pounding I say let it fly
