Do yourselves a favor and check out this website. I saw an ad for it in the latest D&DH magazine and thought it looked pretty useful.

The current and forecasted weather details are great. There's also a nice ScoutMaps feature that will allow you to plot stand locations, study scent drift cones (both current and projected), track current and projected wind speeds, and many other little tools. I believe a mobile app is also available.
