Woke up this morning with new snow at my stand sites in both Ohio and NJ.
Pay no attention to the date/time stamp as it is broken and can’t be corrected. The camera still works so I keep it in the field. Lots of coyote activity lately.
Anyone want to help locate the shed that this buck already dropped? He’s still holding onto the other side so maybe we should wait until he drops both!
He did the same thing this year as he did the last two years…disappeared third week of November and doesn’t return until mid January. I don’t have any pics of him in over two months.

This guy is a regular visitor all year long…dropped one side within the past two days. If the small bucks are dropping, most big ones have probably dropped already. Still have a 8 point that has both sides…but that was a few days ago. Seems like they’re dropping early this season.

I have 2 better bucks that have dropped a side. A couple others have broken beams. Some little ones have dropped or broken one side. The best buck we have dropped a side last week. Last year he was mid-February when he dropped. It does seem a tad early this year.
