Shed Bucks.....

Any one have any hard horn bucks that have shed their velvet yet??? Should start showing up any day now..

Yup I got two so far. The larger of the two, he disappeared for 3 entire days and came back cleaned up. He was coming by at least one a night. The other guy, he stripped his off within the last day of the picture.

Yep! Pulled a card today and saw clean antlers.

So far, the ones that I've just captured on camera this past week, have shed, however I also just placed a new camera in the main core area that's known for the more senior bucks in my area.

It will be next week's data that will confirm things much better for me.

Last year when I did this, I had a couple of those older bucks in velvet still.

I've got 2 bucks one small 6 and an 8 that being said my cams fell way off this week. I'm hoping it was because they are coming out of velvet and in another week they come back.
