Hike miles dead whipped almost back to the truck he jumps up runs across a open field for you to watch happened to me twice in April. That's not supposed to happen in April

I have been in southeastern Ohio the past couple of days. Trying to find some turkeys to hunt. As well as a little shed hunting and cutting firewood for the fall. I did not find any sheds but I did find a couple dead heads. I only took pictures of one the other was an 18 month old fork horn.

This is wild. He dropped that other side before Christmas and we found it February 2nd. I've never had a deer hold an antler this long. Really makes ya wonder what the reason is!

Beat me to this thread by 4 minutes. Found one today. Saw a shooter carrying both sides as well. His sides were the ones I was after.

Had a big buck in highland county do the very same thing a year ago. The things we see on trail cameras that we would have no clue about otherwise
