Short Eared Owl Picture

Saw this short eared owl yesterday in my work travels . First one I've seen . They aren't real common in Ohio and generally are just occasional wintertime visitors

Thats cool!!! Buddy spotted a Snow owl last week in wood county. Weather must be getting bad up north if there down here.

Those snowy owls are awesome . Had one land 15 yds from the blind while duck hunting a couple season ago and try and take a duck we'd shot . Really cool bird

I have a snow owl close to home for the last week. He was sitting 20 yards off the road in the dark the other night...on the ground.
