My bride found a recipe for sliders (mini burgers) and we tried them tonight. I got to say they were mighty tasty and easy to make.
I cooked these on a cast griddle inside the grill. Had to make some home made fries with them and a few cold beers. I used beef but I'm sure deer would be good also.
Give them a try, they are pretty good!

--------------------------------------------------------------
2 lbs ground meat
3 tbs Worcesters sauce
2 tbs Adobo seasoning
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayene powder
1/8 cup seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 slices of bacon per slider
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a stand mixer or your hands.
We mixed chopped onions and cheddar cheese into a few of them.
Form meat balls a little bigger than a golf ball.
Put the meat ball in the center of a slice of bacon.
Wrap bacon around and press flat into a mini patty.
Grill, fry, or bake the sliders to your liking.
Don't forget the fries!
