I know this thread is probably going to go in the wrong direction due strictly to the title. So be it.
Haven't used the weber in a little while and was thinking some devilled eggs sounded good. So yesterday I hard boiled ten eggs. Cut and removed the yolks and put them in there own container for the night along with the whites.

Tonight I fired up about a 1/4 of a chimney of lump coal, and soaked some pecan chips. Got the yolks spread out on the grill pan and sprinkled a little Tatonka Dust on them. Tatonka Dust is a seasoning that I found on line at owensbbq.com it is a great smoking seasoning. On to the grill they went with a large hand full of the wet pecan chips. I want to do a lower temp but lots of smoke.

Left them for about 20-25 minutes before pulling them and throwing on the brat burgers. Add them to the normal mayo, brown mustard, another sprinkle of Tatonka Dust, and some sugar. The outer ring is garnished with smoked paprika, and the inner ring is cayenne powder.

Now just to see if I smokey smelling farts here in a couple hours!! [emoji39]
