Yes he is missing a chunk out of his ear. I was able to identify him in early June because of this. Good eye!!!
He's just being evil now! As he was feeding in the food plot in the daylight Saturday eve, I was dragging out my WV buck. This is going to get interesting.
There was a scrape here last year. I took a chainsaw over the summer and opened up a second trail leading to it and hung a stand over it. Monday I kicked out the leaves under the licking branch and hung the cam. It's an easy to get to spot so on my way out I checked it. Half a dozen bucks have already hit it. I was 15 minutes behind the one in the daylight.
For the price you can't beat them. Good day pics and great night pics. videos are awesome and you can set standard burst and quick shot burst up to 6 pics.
I'm afraid the first buck was one of my target bucks from last year. If it is he lost a lot. I think he should be 5 years old now. I had some concerns that he had a lower jaw issue last winter so maybe that took a toll. The 2nd pic is a new buck and the last 3 is the resident boss. He is all over our 100 acres...all at night.
