I think he will make 130s (132 4/8) but he gets a pass from me. Sadly, he is the biggest deer I have had on cam since Winter. Nobody has received a death sentence yet. This weeks pull is the usual suspects and NOTHNG new. If anything I lost a couple young bucks. My food plots look great though so there is hope.

Hey man, I know the feeling! I haven't gotten ANYTHING close to that 8 yet this year on the farm I hunt near home! Been running two cams over a mineral lick all summer long where I at least get one decent to nice deer on camera! This year, NADA! Lol

With the high temps I didn't expect much to be moving in this past week. So it's just the usual suspects.

These two bucks are the best I have. It is what it is so unless something shows up before I get an opportunity these are the 2 targets.

No, I know a couple neighbors were trying to kill him and chuck him over the hill. He has had the same exact rack for 4 or 5 years. I’ve never had an open shot at him. I know where I can kill him. I’m avoiding that stand hoping something else shows up soon.
Tell your neighbors you know a guy with a buck tag that would love to take him. I’d be tickled to take a deer of that age and the meat would go a long ways.
One of the places sold and is now under the control of an outfitter. If you want to buy my place you can kill this one or all of his sons that are showing up. He must get around because there are a lot of young bucks with weak G3s now.
Eh. Kind of a bummer to not have a deer that takes you back. Then again, the deer you posted are not slouches by any means. Maybe just not what you were hoping for. I have a feeling you will enjoy your time either way. Good luck Spencie!

Yup deer like that are far and few between here in VT, would love to see something like that on my camera.
