I got a half-assed reply from the fugger today. He beat around the bush about not knowing for sure who I was talking about, so I explained it to him some more. Bet he wants to shove his personal ban-hammer in me about now.....rotflmao

I also received a response and he tried to say I was part of the "he said, she said" circle and it was probably third hand information. He also said the person they talked to about the reservation was not the same person who made it, therefor they couldn't change it. He was pretty quick to up the blame on Tad and on me for having "bad" information.

Its funny because I emailed them and haven't heard squat from them, my wife tried to call them today and the answering machine kept answering, it says they are closed on Tuesdays but their website and facebook says their open on Tuesdays.

Wanted to thank everyone for their support in this matter, The owner of Spring Valley called my wife today and apologized for what had happened and gave us a full refund, his explanation was that it was mixed up communications, my wife told them thank you and we would leave it at that.

They made a wise choice. That is just good business. Ignoring a problem is not a solution. I have employees. Sometimes they screw up. Sometimes I screw up. Happens to every business sooner or later. It isn't the fact you screw up. It is how you try to make it right with your customer which determines their opinion. Whether it was an employee following strict guidelines and not knowing when to go to the boss for an exception to policy. . . .OR. . . . it was the bosses decision and the boss changed his or her mind after fielding enough complaints. . . glad they changed their mind.

You are good people Tad. Glad they took care of you.
