there are just more Fox squirrels in the places I spend the most time hunting. I did not hunt southeast Ohio one time this season. always more greys than foxes down there, usually 70/30. many places up here, Ground Zero included, there are more greys or it's about 50/50.
this and Eastern Fox squirrels are just not as jittery as Greys. they stay put longer and more often, generally speaking.
