Started cleaning bathroom and looked out the window and got sidetracked….lmao
Literally squirrels were involved.
Both had a lil pink eye. Wonder if their lil community is dealing with it right now. Lol

Hims had a warble on one hind leg that had already left but I had to discard it cuz it entered into the meat.

I no sooner than put them gnawing sonsabitches in the fridge and turned on the bathroom lights to start working again and looked out the window and saw this…..

BTW, the last couple of seasons I have said that if I squirrel hunted more, I'd have more meat in the freezer. You are proving that and you don't have a dime into it. No fuel, no lease, no bait, no plots, no fancy Sitka gear. I like it! Keep it going!!!
Got 4 more this morning in a 30 minute window. This time 3 females and 1 male. Seeing plenty around me still while cleaning these sonsabitches. Lol
I recover 90% of the spent pellets during dressing process. Too bad I can’t reuse em.
