They can prolly care less as long as they get their deer and keep it.

And get pictures in Cabelas catalogs, endorsements by x-bow companies, and a crapload of other junk. And people wonder why everyone is so skeptical when big bucks get shot..

Just thought this was interesting.

Just seen this posted on another site.

Seriously, this is my brother Scott not me, my name is Steve, have you not read the post.

Let me tell you what his two trespassing tickets are for and then you may judge.

His first ticket was for helping someone else drag a shot doe 40 yards from an adjoining property. Yes 40 yards, he paid his fine and was not hunting that property. I am sure many of you have retrieved a deer from where you were not supposed to be. It is impossible to make a deer fall where you want it to. They should have got permission to retrieve it first, that simple.

His second trespassing was the division of wildlife trying to set an example, he was hunting with a fiend, where they had verbal permission from the plant manager at the Limited. This is also the year that hunting with written permission was enforced. When they were stopped and asked for permission they did not have it. They went to get it from the plant manager and the division of wildlife flat out told the manager not to give it to the to set an example.

They pushed this issue so hard that he was in fear for losing his job. Whether you hang the guy or not, he is my brother and has done many of the same things that you take for granted. Guys if you only have verbal permission, take my word for it and get it in writing. It will save you all a lot of trouble. He has paid his dues and knows that this will never happen again.

All I ask is that you please leave the past in the past and focus on the future. If you get a couple of speeding tickets or in an accident, it doesn't make you a criminal or a bad driver ,but you do learn to slow down and be more alert while driving a car.

The dues are paid, please let it rest.
