Yet another buck visited that scrape this morning.. This Spartan camera died on us in Jan. And wasn't sending any pics.. When we were out there last week we found the antenna was broken off... Luckily I took a spare antenna with me.. Nice to have it up and running again... I guess they are still hitting that scrape...

That’s the one thing I don’t like about the spartan cams....the antenna is the weak link. If a squirrel were to come down the tree and sit on top of the camera, he could snap it off...same with a raccoon climbing over it.

Yeh.... Don't know what broke it off... No limb laying near tree, nothing... Antenna just laying on ground... But when it's working it takes great pics...
