What timeframe/nights are those costs? Any idea if they can be broken down into a daily rate or is she saying all or nothing? Asking b/c same as years past, the guy that arrives on Thursday shouldn't pay the same amount as the guy that arrives the Sunday before. Regardless of vet discounts, shelters, etc.
